Graphic Humor in the Elevator Lobby

Collection Twenty-Four

In Chapter 24, Schochet swung over to odd elevator situations, mostly with unlikely people riding in cabins, or waiting in the lobby for them to arrive. No one really waits very long for elevator service these days -- but again that is what makes any cartoon click. That and those portrayed are not of the real world -- just a pen and ink figment of a humoristˆïs imagination -- a wonderful change of pace in what is usually a quite serious and safety-oriented elevator world!
